Organization seats
An organization owner can buy Plus or Pro seats, billed monthly or yearly per seat. When you join, you receive a purchased seat automatically if one is available. Owners and admins can adjust assignments in Members. AI allowances belong to each account, not a shared pool. See organization Billing for per-seat prices.
An active seat adds its plan to your account; the highest of your personal plan, grants and organization seats applies. Your projects stay yours. Personal subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Organization seats have no free trial, Education price or referral reward.

Billing, cancellation and refunds
Paid subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, as selected, until cancelled. Eligible new subscribers can try Plus or Education monthly for 30 days; monthly charges begin after the trial unless cancelled before it ends. Education requires a verified academic email when first selected, and an existing Education subscription keeps its price if that email is later removed. You can manage or cancel an eligible subscription from your account's Subscription settings through the billing portal.
